It’s really hard for me to remember good memories. It’s been so long since I’ve been actually happy, for the most part, than sad. Now it’s the opposite. But I will try to remember TODAY as good, and keep writing more blogs with a more positive bent.
Today was good. I woke up. lol! It was really sunny today, which is unusual. I cleaned a bit, did some laundry, and listened to some music! I also went to the gym with some friends. It was good. Today isn’t exactly over, but it feels like it with the sun going down so early. So I think that’s it, for now. Tune in tomorrow where I try to keep the momentum going!
For the next 28 days, and the past 2 days, I’ve been doing a “30-Day Challenge” to change my life. It’s supported by the teachings of Abraham, which you can find videos of on YouTube (searching Abraham Hicks). It’s going well. Like I said early, today was a good day. And I want to ride this wave higher and higher.
So yea, after the New Years, I have a 365 Day Calendar/Workbook that I bought (by Abraham Hicks) that will further send me on this wave of feeling good.

Ok so I just got home from “Compassion Focused Therapy.” It was good. I had a good talk with the lady that runs it afterwards, and I told her about “Abraham Hicks” — the teachings that I follow. I had a little bit of a cry — which Abraham would say is releasing of resistance. Than afterwards I booked a taxi home, waited about 20 minutes for it, but I was listening to music while I waited, so it was all good! Than I had a nice quiet drive home, while witnessing the winter wonderland that we’re current in here in Ontario. All in all, it was a good day.
Early today I had a visit from a new nurse — which went well. She recommended some activities that I could do to fill up the day. And reminded me of some upcoming events — and later today I am planning on going to an Open Jam to play some music.
Oh yea! The lady that runs the Compassion Focused Therapy group wrote a book (and a blog) about Positive Psychology. If you’re interested, you should check it out! 🙂 I’m going to read it soon! It’s called “My Year of Practicing Positive Psychology: 50 Fabulous Feats @ 50.”

Still trying my best to feel good.
The sun is coming out a bit.
I can feel the cool breeze from the open window in my apartment.
I have a beautiful calendar with a picture of Niagara Falls with the colourful lights on it during the winter time.
That’s all I’ve got.
There are things that I used to feel good about.
Right now, those things are far and few.
I’m trying my best to feel good, but… it’s hard.
This is all I’ve got:

I feel pretty good
